Refund policy

Clover Leaf Remade = Return & Refund Policy 

All gently used clothing is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please review the item's description, photos, and measurements before purchasing. 

All other items are eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery, including new items sold without tags. 

Eligible items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and is the same condition in which they were received, with any original tags still attached.

To start a return, contact remadeat47@gmail.com with your order number and item you wish to return.  We will provide return instructions and the return address.  Please contact us before sending your item back and ship returns within 14 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except when we sent an incorrect item or an item arrived damaged or defective.  We recommend using tracked shipping.

Once we receive your item and inspect you return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.  Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.  Your bank payment provider ma require additional processing time. 

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.  This applies to gently used clothing as well. Our final-sale policy does not limit you applicable consumer rights.
